Recovering at home

I just wanted to share a quick post since many of you have been wondering where I've been. I haven't been feeling well and I had surgery this past Friday. Nothing too serious - they took out my gall bladder. Now I am slowly recovering at home, resting, relaxing and taking some pain meds. I hope you all are enjoying this Memorial Day and remembering all the brave men and women who fight to protect our freedom every day. God bless America!

xoxo,
Vanessa

At least you didn't have to go all the way to Disney to figure out there was a problem with your gallbladder! ;) It's not too bad. I stopped feeling any pain after 2 or 3 weeks, and I only took the pain meds once or twice after I got home. I'm wishing you a great and speedy recovery, and if there's anything you need, please let me know.

Love you!

V, I am so sorry to hear that you had surgery! I hope you are up and running soon. Enjoy the relaxation of being bed-ridden as best as you can and take good care of yourself! p.s. my puppy dog ralphie had his gallbladder out 6 years ago and he's been a lively little critter ever since:)
